KNOWN ISSUE
------------
Unsuccessful setup during:
a. initial / first time attempt
b. product update (from a previous version)
c. post install after each failed attempt

WORKAROUND / FIX
------------
1. Go to SETTINGS > APP > thisApp > Clear Cache and Clear Storage then restart APP to try again. Repeat this process if needed.

2. Additionally
a. turn OFF any VPN and Anti-Virus or scanning App
b. switch to a different connection (WiFi, mobile data network, etc.)

3. Try to uninstall and re-install the APP then repeat previous steps.
