About 108 HP Android App
The 108 Emergency Services run by GVK EMRI and Government of Himachal Pradesh in Public Private Partnership has become a synonym of trust and promptness in responding to all kind of emergencies (Medical, Police, fire), besides Himachal Pradesh, GVK EMRI is also providing Emergency Management Services in 15 states and 2 union territories across India .
How to use:
1) Install 108 HP Application
2) Follow the registration process and user will get the unique registration id
3) Make sure your device is GPS & GPRS enabled while calling 108 HP helpline
4) On clicking the 108 logo, the application will redirect on Google maps fetching user’s current position
5) The user can then call on 108 helpline number by clicking on the green button
6) On calling, user’s current position along with registration id will be transmitted at 108 MPF helpline center where the counsellors will be able to see user’s current position in google maps and on requirement can send nearest ambulance.
