About 12Lab Network Monitor Android App

This is a handy utility to check a host for a Ping and/or Http GET response.

It will remember URLs, IP address(es) for each URL, and keep a history of the Ping and GET responses. If a URL site has more than one IP (server), you can click on an IP to test it specifically; each IP will have its own history. Sites that load balance across servers may switch IPs.

Options include: set it to repeat, set a screen-on lock with optional dimming, use a progress popup, choose the quantity of ping tests in a set.

To add a URL, press and hold (long press) over the URL address area, or click 'Add'

Dimming, if selected, occurs after the standard period chosen in your device settings.

v8 Now with color histogram displays of the response times. Click on All/True/False to cycle between all responses, successful responses, and failed responses, showing the samples for All or the selected subset. Has Begin/End of date range indicators in the lists. Use the menu to increase/decrease the text font size as needed (requires App restart to make effective)
