About 2.4 Km Run Test (Fitness Test) Android App
Application to determine fitness level from a 2.4 km run test.
The following is a tutorial using the 2.4 Km run test application.
The user immediately enters the 2.4 km run test application menu. There are 4 menu tabs available, namely Tutorial, Input 1 Person, Input 10 People and Data that has been saved.
The data that must be filled in by the application user is
Name
Age
Gender
Running Time (which is obtained after someone has run 2.4 km) in minutes
After filling in the data, the application user clicks on the PROCESS RESULTS button.
The results that appear are the Vo2max Value in the vo2max column and the Physical Fitness Level.
If you want to delete all data and start a new calculation, then please click the CLEAR DATA button.
If the user wants to save the results of the vo2max process, please click the SAVE button.
If the user wants to see previously stored data, please click the DATA button.
Application users can export data in .csv form which can be opened in a spreadsheet application via the excel button.
Application users can share data through various social media via the share button.
