The official 2019APCS event app provides delegates with real-time Summit information from their mobile device.
An initiative of Brisbane City Council, the 2019 Asia Pacific Cities Summit (2019APCS) and Mayors’ Forum is returning to Brisbane, Australia from 7-10 July 2019.
The 2019APCS marks the 12th occasion of this iconic event for the Asia Pacific region. With a focus on driving cities through business and innovation, the 2019APCS will once again, be a key platform for city, business, industry and emerging leaders to connect and shape the region’s urban agenda.
The 2019APCS will offer world class speakers, an inspiring and topical program, a dedicated business introductions program as well as an array of networking opportunities. The Summit will continue to build on its success as one of the region’s leading forums, and a key platform for driving innovation, city partnerships and economic growth in Brisbane, Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Meet@APCS is a dedicated meeting portal for Summit attendees to connect and build global networks by pre-arranging meetings during 2019APCS. Access Meet@APCS to search for participating attendees and request meetings.
Use Scan contacts to save delegate information and export details to your email. All delegates have a unique QR code which can be scanned by other delegates, offering the delegate’s organisation, position, location, website, email and phone number. Note, you will need to have installed the QR code app prior to using this feature.
The Attendees icon allows delegates to view Summit attendees’ details including their organisation and position, as well as message and other attendees.
Manage your conversations or submit your event-related questions through Message history.
Speakers and Poster icons feature presenters including their Abstracts.
Sponsors icon allows you to view and message sponsors.
View exhibitors’ booth numbers, company profiles and message exhibitors though Exhibitors icon.
Innovation Alley is a dedicated exhibition space for entrepreneurs, start-ups and new business to showcase their innovative technologies that can enhance our cities’ liveability, mobility and sustainability. View the schedule and connect with the Innovation Alley exhibitors.
Notice Board allows attendees to view Summit notices and updates. Alerts will also be sent to attendees to advise of up-to-date information. Attendees who have downloaded this app from the App Store will receive alerts via push notifications.
Twitter icon allows you to view the Summit’s latest social media posts.
Destination offers a list of activities to do around Brisbane.
Maps icon includes locations and directions for all Summit sessions and social events, including a floor plan of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
APCS notes icon allows attendees to make general notes. Once complete, attendees can export notes to their email.
Update your photo through the Photo icon.
