By joining the free portal you will be able to coordinate all your 22q requirements
-Set up a personal profile for yourself and your loved ones
-Tick off the assessment checklist
-Create a list of emergency contacts
-Create a list of medications with dosage and reminder (it also allows you to keep a history of your medications)
-Set up a list of care, medical and treatment centres including doctors, therapist or anyone who works with you or you 22q person
-Create a list of you physicians and people who work with you in caring for yourself or your 22q person
-Store a list of your immunization records
-Use the Appointment calendar for all appointments, meetings, events etc... and be reminded (currently via email until the app is launched)

-There is a tab called others where surgeries and treatments can be listed
-Send the personal medical profile including reports or files directly from the portal and App
