I don't usually do any exercise really, and it was amazing just how sore my abs felt after this really short workout. Hopefully in the next coming days, it will get a lot easier! Day Three. Without wanting to exaggerate, this hurts! Today my app told me that I needed to do twenty five sit ups, ten crunches, ten leg raises.
