Uses the 4-7-8 Sleep method to help you drift off to sleep.
This is also known as the 478 sleep trick.
Set your 'inhale' time, and the app does the rest!
- Press and Hold the "Set Inhale Time" button as you inhale through your nose.
Release the button, and hold the air in your lungs until the second progress bar fills.
Slowly exhale through your mouth until both progress bars reach zero.
Repeat.
