Minor design changes.
This app is designed to help you to build up your strength so you could do 50 pull ups in a row.
The program is divided into 4 levels - Rookie, Contender, Challenger and Champion. And each level
is subdivided into multiple days. If you want to be able to do 50 pull ups in a row then you have
to start at Rookie level and work your way up day by day until you will complete Champion level.
You should stick to the following rules:
1. Do not go to the next day or level until you have completed the previous day or level. You are only
done with the day if you can do all the pull ups for each set for that specific day. If you were able
to do all the pull ups for each set for that specific day then once you are done tap on the green Check button.
Only then will that day be registered as completed. Level will be registered as completed once you have completed
all the days for that specific level.
2. Always do a good warm-up before workingout.
3. Always take at least one day rest between workouts but never more that two days.
4. Always take one minute rest between sets. Use built in timer. To start the timer tap on the Play button. The
timer can be paused and the resumed.
5. Once you complete a level you will receive a golden achievement badge which you can see when you start the app. While the level is not complete the badge will be white.
