About the app:
• Operates through NFC feature, which is one of the most secure methods to transfer or receive balance through smart phones by attaching the mobile phones to each other.
• Prepaid and MIX subscribers can request and transfer balance.
• Postpaid subscribers can only transfer balance.
• To request and transfer balance, both subscribers should have the app.
• Easy to use as it contains a guide on how to use the app.
Notes:
• The app is available in both Arabic and English.
• To download the app, please make sure your handset is connected to the internet (WIFI) and with the fees of mobile internet service if the app was downloaded using Mobile Data.
