Abhyas is the new age app for Vaya’s employee’s capacity building

This application allows complete lifecycle management of Vaya employee. This app includes onboarding of every new Sanghamitra with document upload. The app also provides the employees with access to process documents, policies, guidelines and other important information as learning as well as reference material.

This app will act as digital learning platform backed by offline learning with training content including presentations, audio visual content, animated material for the employee of Vaya

Abhyas will also be used to broadcast messages from the top management, process changes and to share the monthly newsletters. Employee engagement activities, promotion evaluation tests and many more will also be part of this application.

In short this app will contribute to the employee capacity building by unlocking their true potential and will help them grow up in the organization
