About Abi's Recipes Android App
Get just the recipe from any website.
Prepare your meals hassle-free without getting lost in irrelevant text, photos, advertisements, or pop-ups. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of scrolling through someone's personal story while you are trying to cook.
Extract Recipes
Simply paste in a URL to a recipe and the app will extract both the ingredients and the instructions from the page. No more scrolling through blog posts or seeing distracting ads or popups.
Create Recipe Books
Save your favorite recipes in custom cook books with the tap of a button. Recipes can be saved to multiple recipe books at once and all of your recipes can be searched by title. Create as many books as you'd like!
Send Recipes Directly from your Browser
Click the share icon while on any recipe website and tap the "Abi's Recipes" logo in the share menu. The app will automatically parse the link and show you the ingredients and instructions - no need to copy and paste!
Bake Mode
Hate it when your screen keeps turning off in the middle of a recipe? Now you can keep your screen on by activating Bake Mode.
AI Powered Recipe Shortener
Instructions too long or wordy? With our new AI powered "shorten" feature you can easily condense individual recipe steps while preserving the original text. Easily reference the original wording by tapping the instruction.
Support for Popular Websites
We are continually adding support for new websites. Currently, our algorithm will work on recipes from:
- Delish
- The New York Times
- Food Network
- Bon Appetit
- All Recipes
- Food.com
- Martha Stewart
- Pillsbury
- Sally's Baking Addiction
- The Cakeculator

The algorithm is general enough to work on most other sites as well!
