Acrou is a simple and fast habit tracker. By its simplicity it allows you to focus on things that matter. Create proper implementation intentions and repeat them everyday until they become your habits.

Complete your daily habit routine in one place (literaly). Review your performance, repeat the intentions and mark them as done simultaneously. Acrou displays list of your habits together with their implementation intentions and the history.

Shape strong habits with implementation intentions
Acrou encourages you to create implementation intention for each of your habits. Implementation intentions are scientifically proven to be extremely powerful way of creating strong and long-lasting habits.

Implementation intentions are IF-THEN statements e.g. IF I go to bad THEN I review my habits. Once you make the intention the default behaviour, you shaped the habit!
