About ActLo - Activities Log Android App

actlo is a cross-platform productivity app which allows you to analyze your daily activity in the most efficient, effective and easy way. It works as a loss and waste analysis tools to help you identify area of improvements.
Managing time is technically not possible; time is its own master. Everything we do requires time. For actlo, Managing time means identifying those losses and waste in our time utilization. In the most TANGIBLE & MEASURABLE way

How To Use
Very easy to use app, just use the dropdown box and select your activities. Customized activities are also available. Don’t forget to label them with our different type of activities;

Value Adding Activities
All activities which have contribution to your objectives .
This will cover all activities that are related to your daily/weekly objectives or related to your KPI's : Creating report, work, planning, making presentation, etc

Non-Value Adding Activities
All activities that have NO contribution to your objectives but you still have to do it due to its urgency.
This will cover activities such as ; Crisis, Customer complaint, Safety Incident, Accident, Deadlines, Interruption from Boss/Peers, Request from Boss/Peers, calls that have no correlation with your objectives, Meetings that take too long and have no contribution to your objectives, etc

Waste
All activities that have no contribution to your objectives and don’t have any significant values.
This will cover activities such as: Browsing for pleasure, chatting (IM’s or phones)  for pleasure, spam emails, dropping in to your colleague desk, bumped in on your way to the toilets, etc

All you need to do is to record all those activities, hit the “Analyze” button, and you will see where those times went. As easy as 1-2-3
