* In the transportation of Dangerous Goods within the borders of Turkey; "REGULATION ON THE CARRIAGE OF HAZARDOUS GOODS BY ROAD", "ROAD TRANSPORT REGULATION", "ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION" and similar different legislations may impose additional obligations.
* In the international transportation of Dangerous Goods, different local legislation provisions not specified in the "AGREEMENT ON THE INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE OF HAZARDOUS GOODS BY ROAD (ADR)" may be applied in the transit countries outside the borders of Turkey.
* In the event that a road vehicle carrying dangerous goods uses sea, inland waterway or railway between the departure and arrival points within the transportation chain; the carrier must comply with the local and international dangerous goods transportation legislations of the other modes of transportation it partially uses.
* It is recommended that no action be taken without receiving training on Dangerous Goods transportation and that information be obtained from Dangerous Goods Safety Consultants who are experts in the subject.
