Search for ADW.Launcher or AnderWeb on Market.
Install ADW.Launcher,press Menu-ADWSettings-themes Preferences.
Select "ADW Metal Honeycomb"and Apply Theme!
To costumize the Drawer and other icon in the dockbar,tap the drawer icon,select Edit->click on the icon->ADWTheme icon packs->ADW Metal Honeycomb->choose icon!
