*Overview of exercises provided by Kaz; exercises have the options for clients to adjust and save the weight, sets or reps.
*Animation support: Exercises are supported by animation featuring none other than Kaz van der Waard
*Workout schedule: As soon as you are registered, a schedule can be setup for you, completely supported with the specific weight, sets or reps to get you to the desired fitness level.
*Contact options: All clients will be able to email, call or connect with Kaz through the official Facebook page.
