You can track payments, order services - such as housekeeping and pet walking - review your documents and raise any issues or maintenance queries. It’s also a great place to keep up to date with events that are happening in the building and any promotional codes/discounts we’ve secured for local restaurants and bars. More

Bookable Services
Housekeeping – want your apartment cleaned on a regular basis or as a one off, just tap the app
Pets - Walking, grooming…make sure your four-legged friend is looked after
Handyman – From flat pack furniture to flat screen TVs, our handyman is bookable with a simple tap of the app
Dry Cleaning / Laundry – Select your items, pay and drop at reception. The app will notify you when they are ready for collection.

Events – See what’s happening at Riverside and join the fun, from a cocktail masterclass to happy hour. There’s lots happening and the app gives you all the latest details.

Issues – Sometimes things don’t work how you want them to, use the app to notify us of any issues your having. You can even take a pic and upload it. We’ll get back to you with a status of when we expect to get it fixed and you can track our progress.
