Share movie ratings offline with other users in proximity using the Google Nearby Connections API. Once you have collected ratings by other users, run your own recommender algorithms on your phone without Netflix knowing what your preferences are!

Select which ratings to share and which not to share . Keep a watchlist of movies you want to watch in the future.

Keep track of where you collected other people's ratings geographically in the map view, and timely in our timeline tool.

This is a prototype implementation of a mobile decentralized recommender system and goes in lign with the PocketLens project. You can choose between three recommendation algorithms (User-based Collaborative Filtering, Content Filtering, and Matrix Factorization).
