§ AI-Exercise提供大腦活化與肌力提升的遠端訓練課程
「AI-Exercise」是「LTPA智慧認知訓練方案」的遠端訓練課程，依據選用的訓練設備，分成大腦活化（訓練設備：SODA樂活認知訓練機、憶萬富翁益智健腦機）與肌力提升（訓練設備：SPOZ是會手套、腳套、腰套）訓練課程。
AI-Exercise將依據使用者不足的能力來及時調整難度與訓練時間，透過每日的訓練提醒養成長期訓練，進而預防失智與健康促進。
§ 大腦活化與肌力訓練
透過AI-Exercise的訓練對於大腦活化部分可增強對於快速發生事件立即回應反應，促使注意能力與邏輯能力，更強化視覺記憶能力。而在手、腳部適當的激勵訓練可增進骨質密度、強化骨骼以降低骨質疏鬆機率。
