نظام التعليم عن بعد:

الواقع جعل التعليم عن بعد توجهًا حتميًا، بعد عجز التعليم التقليدي عن استيعاب كل الراغبين في التعليم بسبب الانفجار السكاني الذي يشهده العالم، وضآلة حجم الجامعات، وضعف إمكاناتها، مهما كان حجمها، والميزانيات المرصودة لها، بسبب الإقبال الكبير من الطلاب على التعليم.

مفهوم التعليم عن بعد:

التعليم عن بعد هو أحد طرق التعليم الحديثة نسبياً. و يعتمد مفهومه الأساسي على وجود المتعلم في مكان يختلف عن المصدر الذي قد يكون الكتاب أو المعلم أو حتى مجموعة الدارسين. وهو نقل برنامج تعليمي من موضعه في حرم مؤسسة تعليمية ما إلى أماكن متفرقة جغرافياً.

التعليم الالكتروني:

التعلم الالكتروني هو أسلوب حديث من أساليب التعليم، توظف فيه آليات الاتصال الحديثة من حاسب، وشبكاته، ووسائطه المتعددة من صوت وصورة، ورسومات وآليات بحث، ومكتبات إلكترونية، وكذلك بوابات الإنترنت سواء أكان عن بعد أم في الفصل الدراسي.

Indeed, making distance education-oriented inevitable, after the traditional education is unable to accommodate all who wish to education because of the population explosion witnessed by the world, and the small universities size, weak potential, regardless of their size, and the budgets allocated to them, due to the large turnout of students to education.

The concept of distance education:

Distance education is a relatively modern teaching methods. And it supports the basic concept of the existence of the learner in a place different from the source, which may be a book or a teacher, or even a group of students. It is the transfer of an educational program from its position on the campus of an educational institution to geographically dispersed locations.
