APpal is completely proactive – meaning it doesn't require you to have to remember to initiate any activity or task. It's designed to help you quickly and easily do the things that are proven to improve asthma and allergy control. You can be confident the coaching and info is vetted by Allergy Partners and every aspect of the app is consistent with their most current and up to date expert treatment plans. Because every person is unique, your experience will be continuously personalized. The high degree of personalization ensures that the program is delivering to you relevant and useful evidence-based info and coaching. Most people will interact with APpal 2 or 3 times per week. It might be a little less if you’re doing well or more if you need additional support. And, of course, it's available 24x7 to research a question or communicate securely with your doctor. You can also use it to set up med reminders and keep a journal of how you're doing.
