Almadar Services - هو أحد التطبيقات المشاركة والمتأهلة للمرحلة النهائية في مسابقة مدار آب 2016، يوفر هذا التطبيق:
- عرض إحصائيات خاصة بعدد المكالمات والرسائل النصية.
- طريقة وصول سهلة سريعة لخدمات شركة المدار الجديد، كخدمة تعبئة وتحويل الرصيد، الاشتراك في الانترنت، جني في وقته ....إلخ.
- عرض الموقع الجغرافي لمراكز الخدمة وفروع الشركة والوكلاء.
- إمكانية التبيلغ عن المشاكل التي يواجهها المستخدم كضعف التغطية وغيرها من خلال هاتفك الشخصي لتصل مباشرة لمركز خدمة العملاء بالشركة (هذه الخدمة لا تشتغل بشكل كامل في هذه النسخة من التطبيق).

ملاحظة:
- هذا التطبيق هو نسخة تجريبية.
