خلاقیتکده شریف با حمایت ستاد توسعه فرهنگ علم ، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش بنیان در معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری و با هدف ارتقاء خلاقیت و پرورش مهارت های مورد نیاز دانش آموزان 6 تا 18 سال (اول ابتدایی تا چهارم دبیرستان) تشکیل شده است. هدف خلاقیتکده، آگاهی دانش آموزان از سطح خلاقیت خود و ارتقای آن، با ارائه تکنیک های علمی و کاربردی می باشد. در ابتدا، فرآیند تعیین سطح خلاقیت در دانش آموزان، از طریق آزمون های استاندارد انجام می شود (بسته چقدر خلاق هستم). پس از تعیین سطح، متناسب با سطح ارزیابی شده، برنامه های کاربردی برای تقویت خلاقیت و برنامه-های مکمل ویژه اولیا و معلمان با حضور متخصصان و خبرگان خلاقیت در خلاقیتکده شریف برگزار می شود. خلاقیتکده شریف با تمرکز بر تکنیک های به روز پرورش خلاقیت و تعامل دو سویه با دانش آموزان، والدین و مربیان بر این باور است که خلاقیت امری ذاتی نبوده و مانند هر مهارت دیگری قابل یادگیری و اکتسابی است. در نتیجه با ارائه راه کارهای پیشنهادی به سمت ارتقای استعدادهای خلاقانه نهفته دانش آموزان گام برمی دارند. لازم به ذکر است که خلاقیتکده شریف در راستای مسئولیت اجتماعی خود تمامی این دوره ها را با حداقل هزینه برگزار می کند و خدمات ویژه ای برای کودکان محروم و تحت پوشش بهزیستی در نظر گرفته است.
