يهدف برنامج تواصل بني مالك إلى تعزيز اللحمة والوحدة الوطنية والتآلف والتعارف والتكاتف بين أبناء القبيلة ، وتعزيز القيم الوطنية والاجتماعية بينهم ، وتشجيع المتفوقين والمبدعين في شتّى المجالات ، وتكريم الحاصلين على جوائز محلية ودولية ، وإبراز الإنتاج الفكري والحضاري الذي ينسجم مع ثقافة المجتمع ويسهم في رقيه ، وبثّ روح التنافس الشريف بين أبناء القبيلة في المجالات التي تخدم الدين والوطن وتزيد من رفعته ، وتشجيع الشباب على الأعمال الاجتماعية التطوعية واستثمار طاقاتهم بما يعود عليهم بالنفع ويشعرهم بالمسؤولية تجاه مجتمعهم ووطنهم ، وتنظيم العمل التطوعي بشكل مؤسسي منهجي فعال .
