The mobile application of RIA is part of LIMA, which is a fully integrated system connecting together the Road Infrastructure Agency of Bulgaria, all local road authorities and the road users.
The mobile application allows users to stay informed about the current road status as providing real-time information generated by more than 60 operators from the road agency and its local authorities.
The mobile app of RIA is the first app in the world fully integrated with the Bulgarian road authorities that provides an Accident Detection feature. If you turn on the “Emergency help” option from settings, you will be in a safe mode. In case of incident, your smartphone will automatically notifies Infrastructure agency and emergency help authorities.
LIMA also provides users with the power to inform infrastructure authorities about problems on road and to keep control on their completion.
