O 9º Dígito TIM (Nono Dígito TIM) tem como objetivo auxiliar os usuários de telefonia móvel celular a atualizarem as agendas de contatos dos aparelhos celulares. O aplicativo adequa os números celulares dos estados que já possuem nove dígitos para o novo formato de numeração definido pela ANATEL e grava os números alterados na agenda do usuário. Além disso, disponibiliza a função de incluir o Código de Seleção de Prestadora (CSP) 41 aos contatos, facilitando assim a realização de chamadas de longa distância.

O 9º Dígito TIM (Nono Dígito TIM) está disponível para todos os Clientes SMP de qualquer operadora brasileira, usuários de Smartphone com o sistema operacional Android, a partir da versão 2.0 (SDK 5).
