تطبيق معاملة يجعل اجراءات المعاملات الحكومية مفهومة ومتوفرة للجميع لنقوي المواطن العراقي ونقلل الفساد من خلال توفير دليل مدعوم من قبل الجماهير والذي سيمكن المواطنين من مساعدة بعضهم ومشاركة معرفتهم وخبرتهم .
