فريدريش فيلهيلم نيتشه (بالألمانية: Friedrich Nietzsche) ‏ (15 أكتوبر 1844 - 25 أغسطس 1900) كان فيلسوف ألماني، ناقد ثقافي، شاعر وباحث في اللاتينية واليونانية، كان لعمله تأثير عميق على الفلسفة الغربية وتاريخ الفكر الحديث.[1][2][3][4]
كان من أبرز الممهّدين لعلم النفس وكان عالم لغويات متميزاً. كتب نصوصاً وكتباً نقدية حول الدين والأخلاقية والنفعية والفلسفة المعاصرة المادية منها والمثالية الألمانية. وكتب عن الرومانسية الألمانية والحداثة أيضاً. عموماً بلغة ألمانية بارعة. يُعدّ من بين الفلاسفة الأكثر شيوعاً وتداولاً بين القراء.
كثيراً ما تُفهم أعماله خطأً على أنها حامل أساسي لأفكار الرومانسية الفلسفية والعدمية ومعاداة السامية وحتى النازية، لكنه يرفض هذه المقولات بشدة ويقول بأنه ضد هذه الاتجاهات كلها. يُعدّ نيتشه إلهام للمدارس الوجودية وما بعد الحداثة في مجال الفلسفة والأدب في أغلب الأحيان. روج لأفكار توهم كثيرون أنها مع التيار اللاعقلاني والعدمية، استخدمت بعض آرائه فيما بعد من قبل أيديولوجيي الفاشية،[5][6] وتبنَّت النازية أفكاره.[7] رفض نيتشه الأفلاطونية والمسيحية الميتافيزيقيا بشكل عام ودعا إلى تبني قيم جديدة بعيداً عن الكانتية والهيغيلية والفكر الديني والنهلستية.
سعى نيتشه إلى تبيان أخطار القيم السائدة عبر الكشف عن آليات عملها عبر التاريخ، كالأخلاق السائدة، والضمير. يعد نيتشه أول من درس الأخلاق دراسة تاريخية مفصلة. قدم نيتشه تصوراً مهماً عن تشكل الوعي والضمير، فضلاً عن إشكالية الموت. كان نيتشه رافضاً للتمييز العنصري ومعاداة السامية والأديان ولاسيما المسيحية لكنه رفض أيضاً المساواة بشكلها الاشتراكي أو الليبرالي بصورة عامة.
