'지역주민의 편익과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 행복한 공간'을 꿈꾸며 지내온 시간입니다.
저와 우리 수련관은 새로운 꿈을 꾸고 있습니다.
바로 노원청소년수련관과 당현천 일대를 하나의 '청소년 문화ZONE'으로 만드는 것입니다,
이 곳에서 청소년이 주체가 되어 건전하고 건강한 청소년 문화를 만들어가고,
각기 다른 모습과 개성을 지닌 또래들이 한 공간에 모여 그들의 생각과 감정을
함께 공유, 소통하는 아름답고 '가고 싶은 수련관'을 만드는 것입니다.
그리고 이 모든 것을 청소년뿐만 아니라 노원 지역주민들과 더불어
아름다운 세대 공감과 소통 공간을 이루어가는 것입니다.

저는 어제도, 오늘도, 그리고 내일도
선을 위한 힘으로 세상을 변화시키기 위해 외칩니다.
