*** لقد تناول القرآن الكريم البحار وتحدث عن أعمق نقطة فيها. فقد العلماء أمواجاً عميقة في قاع المحيطات، وأثبتوا أن قاع البحر فيه ظلمات شديدة. لم يكن هذا الاكتشاف جديداً بالنسبة لكتاب الله تعالى، فقد تحدث القرآن عن هذه الأمواج وهذه الظلمات بكل وضوح في قوله تعالى: ﴿أَوْ كَظُلُمَاتٍ فِي بَحْرٍ لُجِّيٍّ يَغْشَاهُ مَوْجٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ مَوْجٌ مِنْ فَوْقِهِ سَحَابٌ ظُلُمَاتٌ بَعْضُهَا فَوْقَ بَعْضٍ إِذَا أَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ لَمْ يَكَدْ يَرَاهَا وَمَنْ لَمْ يَجْعَلِ اللَّهُ لَهُ نُورًا فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ نُورٍ﴾ [النور: 40]. كما تحدث القرآن عن الحمم المنصهرة التي تشعل الماء في قاع البحار فقال: ﴿وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُورِ﴾ [الطور: 6]. كما تحدّث القرآن عن برزخ بين البحر المالح والنهر العذب في المنطقة التي يصبّ عندها النهر في البحر. فقال: ﴿وَهُوَ الَّذِي مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ هَذَا عَذْبٌ فُرَاتٌ وَهَذَا مِلْحٌ أُجَاجٌ وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخًا وَحِجْرًا مَحْجُورًا﴾ [الفرقان: 53]. وقد أثبت العلم وجود هذا الفاصل والجدار المائي بين النهر والبحر. وتحدث أيضاً عن برزخ بين البحرين المالحين فقال: ﴿مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ * بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَا يَبْغِيَانِ﴾ [الرحمن: 19-20]. وقد ثبُت أيضاً أن كل بحر من بحار الدنيا له خصائص تختلف عن الآخر، وعلى الرغم من امتزاج واختلاط هذه البحار عبر المضيقات، إلا أنه يبقى كل بحر محافظاً على خصائصه آلاف السنين، فلا يطغى بحر على آخر!
