الكلية العربية للعلوم التطبيقية هي كلية تمنح درجة البكالوريوس والدبلوم المتوسط تعمل بإشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي ، أنشأت كأول كلية في مدينة رفح في عام 1999 م لتقدم خدمة التعليم التقني والمهني للمجتمع الفلسطيني في مختلف المجالات ، وكان هدفها الأول تخريج الكوادر الفنية المؤهلة علمياً وعملياً للعمل في مختلف المجالات ، حيث تتيح الكلية للطلبة خريجي الثانوية العامة والعاملين في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والخاصة اكتساب المهارات التقنية والفنية ومواكبة التطور المتلاحق الذي يشهده العالم.

ومن خلال هذه الخدمات الإلكترونية تسعى الكلية أن تخرج أجيالاً قادرة على الانخراط في سوق العمل الفلسطيني وتقديم ما هو نافع للمجتمع الفلسطيني . Arab College of Applied Sciences are college grants bachelor and diploma degree Working under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, established the first college in the town of Rafah in 1999 to provide technical and vocational education of Palestinian society in various fields service, whose purpose was the first graduation of qualified technical cadres scientifically and practically to work in various fields, as it allows college students to high school graduates and workers in the private and civil society institutions to acquire technical and artistic skills and keep up with the successive developments witnessed by the world.

Through these electronic services the college is seeking to emerge generations able to engage in the Palestinian labor market and provide what is beneficial for the Palestinian community.
