الطريقة لعمل الكب كيك:

اتبعي الخطوات التالية بدقة لعمل الكب كيك :

1)بداية يتم تسخين الفرن على درجة 180 م أو325 فهرنهايت .

2) ثم يخلط الحليب و الزبدة أو الزيت مع البيضة و الفانيليا، ثم يضاف السكر و الدقيق و الملح و الباكنج باودر و يمزج جيدا لإزالة أي كتل و لا تبالغي في الخفق لأن هذا هو سر نجاح الكب كيك الخفق باليد.
