行政院經濟處目前針對國人食品安全問題，積極推廣食品雲計畫，包含義美食品在內近20家食品大廠一起響應。義美食品於此計畫中積極規劃食品安全相關消息、商品介紹及一系列之「食品安全與危害因子」電子書等豐富的內容。

食品安全電子書之特色：
1. 商品介紹
此單元介紹義美食品之相關商品，針對商品介紹分為蛋糕類、餅乾類、點心類、冰品類、冷凍調理食品、冷藏調理食品、乳製品、飲品等，並詳細說明每個產品品項的檢驗項目、成分、營養標示等。
2. 食品安全相關消息
定期更新食品安全相關新聞與訊息，讓消費者對食用食品有知的權利，並隨時關注國內外最新消息。
3. 食品安全與危害因子
規劃一系列之「食品安全與危害因子」電子書，如：「食品安全與瘦肉精」、「食品安全與農藥殘留」、「食品安全與水產藥物殘留」、「食品安全與基因改造食物」、「食品安全與塑化劑」、「食品安全與色素、香料及防腐劑」、「食品安全與反式脂肪」，教育消費者這些危害因子之基本常識，並建立正確的食品安全知識。
4. 常見問答
內容彙集消費者常詢問或關心的各危害因子的常見問答，除了方便消費者瀏覽外，也是彙整平時常見的相關問題，供消費者查閱。
5. 活動介紹
