قال الشيخ الإمام العالم العلامة شمس الدين أبو عبد اللّه محمد بن قاسم الشافعيّ تغمده الله برحمته ورضوانه آمين:
الحمد لله تبركاً بفاتحة الكتاب لأنها ابتداء كل أمرٍ ذي بال، وخاتمة كل دعاء مجاب، وآخر دعوى المؤمنين في الجنة دار الثواب، أحمده أن وفق من أراد من عباده للتفقه في الدين على وفق مراده، وأصلي وأسلم على أفضل خلقه محمد سيد المرسلين، القائل: "مَنْ يُرِدِ اللّهُ بهِ خَيْراً يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّين" وعلى آله وصحبه مدة ذكر الذّاكرين وَسَهْوِ الغافلينIn the name of of Allah the Merciful
