西島隆弘、宇野実彩子、浦田直也がメインボーカルであるが、最近は與真司郎、末吉秀太、伊藤千晃もボーカルに多く参加している。日高光啓は主にラップを担当している。旧メンバーの後藤友香里は主にダンスを担当していた。全メンバーで歌唱およびダンスなどを行うことが一般的であるが、曲目によっては男性メンバー5人のみ、女性メンバー2人のみ、3人･4人に分かれてなどの場合がある。

こんな各メンバーが多面性を持っているため非常に見応え、聞き応えのあるグループであるため応援し甲斐もある、ちょっとタイプの違った新しいタイプのパフォーマンスグループと言えるだろう。
