בית חב"ד נהריה הוקם ע"י הרב ישראל בוטמן ז"ל בעת מלחמת שלום הגליל בשנת תשמ"ב – 1982
מהיום שהוקם הוא מהווה כתובת לכל ענין יהודי בעיר נהריה.
במהלך השנים המוסדות והקהילה בנהריה התפתחו מאוד – ובהתאם לזה התרחבה הפעילות של בית חב"ד.
נכון להיום (2015) פועל 'בית חם' המספק מידי יום עשרות ארוחות חמות ומזינות לנזקקים. ו'בנק מזון' לחלוקה מסודרת ומכובדת של מוצרי מזון.
כמו כן ישנם גני ילדים המתחנכים בו כ- 180 ילדים. בית כנסת חב"ד ו'כולל ערב' לאברכים הפועל מידי יום.
שיעורי תורה והרצאות ברחבי העיר. פעילות חווייתית בחגי ישראל בבתי הספר וכלל גני הילדים בנהריה. מועדוני ילדים קבועים.
מרכז לבדיקת תפילין ומזוזות / מכון ללימודי בר מצווה ועוד ועוד.
פעילות ענפה של 'נשי חב"ד' בקהילה.

Today is an established address any matter Jew in Nahariya.
