About Noisez - Sound meter, alarm Android App
With the Noisez application, you can turn your smartphone into a noise analyzer. The application in real-time mode shows the sound pressure level in units of dB (dB). Based on the measurement statistics, Noisez generates a graph of the ambient noise level. The accuracy depends on the type of device used. For a more accurate measurement, it is necessary to perform calibration based on the values of the reference instrument. The application contains a table of approximate noise sources, which gives an idea of the average loudness of the sound. You can also set up a notification that triggers at a certain signal level.
