About 地藏經 (繁簡版) Android App
《地藏經》又稱為佛門孝經，內容除了弘揚首善的孝道，更諄諄告誡世人諸惡莫作眾善奉行。經中記載了釋迦牟尼佛在忉利天宮，為母親摩耶夫人說法，讚揚了地藏菩薩為度眾生發願：「地獄未空，誓不成佛；眾生度盡，方證菩提」的非凡之舉，並介紹了地藏菩薩在因地修行過程中的事跡，介紹了地獄及其眾生的狀況，解釋了使親人眷屬在各種情況下脫離苦難的種種方法。
釋迦牟尼佛在即將離開人世進入涅槃時，仍悲憫擔憂迷途的眾生。因此在彌勒佛降生人間之前，這段無佛住世的期間，便暫時將六道眾生，全部託付給地藏菩薩教化，因此地藏菩薩與我們有很深的因緣。
