, contiene toda la funcionalidad para poder conocer de manera fácil y visual los edificios que tienen la antigüedad y uso que les obliga a realizar el Informe de Evaluación. La App marca no sólo por colores la antigüedad de las construcciones, sino también el tipo de uso (colectiva, unifamiliar o cultural). Está disponible tanto para iOS como para Android, y en formato dispositivo Smartphone como para Tablets y iPads.
Esta aplicación se ha desarrollado con autorización y licencia de la Dirección General del Catastro. La base de datos recoge todos los edificios de España (excepto País Vasco y Navarra).


FILTROS VISUALES

Destaca con colores sólo aquellas construcciones que te interesan, pudiendo ver de manera fácil los edificios que tienen la antigüedad y uso que les obliga a realizar el Informe de Evaluación, los edificios que están a punto (48-49 años de antigüedad), o las que son de reciente construcción. Así mismo se indica el uso visualmente entre construcciones colectivas, unifamiliares o culturales.


INFORMACIÓN CATASTRAL PRÁCTICA

Consulta la información Catastral de cualquier parcela, obteniendo información más práctica y adaptada que la propia suministrada por la Sede Electrónica del Catastro.



BÚSQUEDAS PERSONALIZADAS

Localiza cualquier parcela mediante las búsquedas personalizadas, pudiendo indicar una Referencia Catastral, una Dirección Postal, o Coordenadas Geográficas.



GUARDAR Y COMPARTIR FICHAS CATASTRALES

ieCatastro te permite, no sólo consultar la información catastral, sino guardarla y realizar anotaciones en relación a una parcela o construcción. También, podrás compartir esta información almacenada fácilmente, mediante envío por correo electrónico de las fichas catastrales en las que estás trabajando.


GEOLOCALIZACIÓN

Y como no, podrás ver la información de los edificios que tienes a tu alrededor, así como conocer la manera de llegar desde tu ubicación actual a una búsqueda realizada.


Esta aplicación ha sido desarrollada por el Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores, Arquitectos Técnicos e Ingenieros de Edificación de la Región de Murcia en colaboración con la empresa tecnológica Byprox.

The app marks not only the old colors of the buildings, but also the type of use (collectively, Single or cultural). It is available for both iOS and Android, and Smartphone format as for Tablets and iPads.
This application was developed with permission and license from the Directorate General of Land Registry. The database includes all buildings in Spain (except Basque Country and Navarre).

Highlighted with colors only those buildings that interest you and can easily see the buildings are old and use that requires them to perform the evaluation report, the buildings are about (48-49 years old), or that are newly built. Also use indicate visually between collective, single family or cultural constructions.


ASSESSED PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Check Cadastral information of any plot, obtaining more practical information tailored to their own provided by the Electronic Office of Cadastre.



CUSTOM SEARCHES

Locate any parcel with custom searches, reference may indicate a Cadastral a Postal Address, or Geographic coordinates.



SAVE AND SHARE CATASTRALES TABS

ieCatastro allows you to not only check the cadastral information but annotate and save it regarding a plot or construction. Also, you can easily share this information stored by emailing cadastral files in which you're working.


GEOLOCATION

And of course, you will see the information of the buildings that you have around you, and know how to get there from your current location to a selected fields.


This application has been developed by the Association of Surveyors, Technical Architects and Building Engineers in the Region of Murcia in partnership with the technology company Byprox.
