بسم الله و الحمد لله و الصلاة و السلام على رسول الله و على أله و صحبه و من والاه ، أما بعد:
بحمد الله تم اصدار تطبيق مكتبة الإمام العلامة الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين رحمه الله التي تعمل على الهواتف الذكية وتضم المكتبة عشرات الكتب والرسائل والشروحات والفتاوي للشيخ رحمه الله .

مميزات المكتبة:
1--حجمها الصغير على ذاكرة الهاتف حيث لا تأخذ مساحة كبيرة.
2- عدم الحاجة الى الاتصال بالأنترنت عند تصفح المكتبة.
3- خاصية حفظ صفحات معينة كعلامة يمكن الرجوع لها لاحقا.
4- المستخدم عندما يغلق المكتبة عند صفحة معينة من الكتاب ويرجع لفتح المكتبة بعد فتره معينة فأن المكتبة تفتح عند اخر كتاب كان يتصفحه المستخدم وكذلك عند اخر صفحة كان يتصفحها المستخدم.

205- السؤال: السؤال الثاني للأخت تقول رجل متزوج من امرأة وله منها ثلاثة أولاد وقد تزوج عليها بأخرى هي ابنة أختها وعاشت معه إلى أن أنجبت له ثلاثة أبناء وبنتاً واحدة ولكننا سمعنا في هذا البرنامج أنه لا يجوز الجمع بين المرأة وخالتها فما الحكم في زواجهم هذا وماذا عليهم أن يفعلوا؟
الجواب
الشيخ: زواجهم هذا غير صحيح بل هو باطل والواجب أن يفرق بينه وبين هذه الزوجة الأخيرة لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ثبت عنه أنه قال لا يجمع بين المرأة وعمتها ولا بين المرأة وخالتها وقد ذكر الله تعالى الجمع بين الأختين في جملة المحرمات فقال (وأن تجمعوا بين الأختين) والسنة بينت أيضاً أن الجمع بين المرأة وعمتها وخالتها محرم فالواجب التفريق بين هذا الرجل وبين المرأة التي عقد عليها هذا العقد المحرم ولا يثبت بهذا العقد شيء من أحكام النكاح اللهم إلا أن تأتي بأولاد منه في حال الجهل فإن هؤلاء الأولاد يلحق نسبهم بأبيهم فيكونون أولاداً لأبيهم وأمهم.

145- السؤال: مصباح محمد أحمد من السودان يقول في رسالته هل لحم التمساح والسلحفاة حلال أم حرام لأن هذه كلها عندنا في السودان أفيدونا بارك الله فيكم

الجواب

الشيخ: كل صيد البحر حلال حيه وميته قال الله تعالى (أحل لكم صيد البحر وطعامه متاعاً لكم وللسيارة) قال ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما صيد البحر ما أخذ حياًَ وطعامه ما وجد ميتاً إلا أن بعض أهل العلم استثنى التمساح وقال إنه من الحيوانات المفترسة أو من الحيوان المفترس فإذا كان النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام نهى عن كل ذي ناب من السباع من وحوش البر فإن هذا أيضاً محرم ولكن ظاهر الآية الكريمة التي تلوتها أن الحل شامل للتمساح.
