الورد علی‌ أربعة‌ أقسام‌ : قالبيّ وخفيّ وكلّ منهما إمّا إطلاقيّ أوحصريّ وأهل‌ السلوك‌ لا يعتنون‌ بالقالبيّ، لانَّ الورد القالبيّ عبارة‌ عن‌ تلفّظ‌ اللسان‌ دون‌ الالتفات‌ إلی‌ المعني‌ وفي‌ الواقع‌ هولقلقة‌ لسان‌ ولانَّ السالك‌ يبحث‌ عن‌ المعني‌ لا عن‌ شي‌ء آخر فلن‌ يكون‌ الذكر القالبيّ مفيداً له‌

الفرق‌ بين‌ الذِّكر والوِرد:

اعلم‌ أنّ الذِّكر في‌ اصطلاح‌ العُرفاء هو غير الوِرد إذ الورد عبارة‌ عن‌ الذِّكر اللفظي‌ّ الجاري‌ علی‌ اللسان‌ أمّا الذِّكر فهو التوجّه‌ إلی المعني‌ بإمراره‌ ـ أو من‌ دون‌ إمراره‌ علی‌ القلب‌.

وذلك‌ لانّ أصل‌ معني‌ الذِّكر في‌ اللغة‌ هو التذكّر والتذكير. وإذا ما أُطلق‌ علی‌ بعض‌ الاوراد اللفظيّة‌ فبسبب‌ أنّ اللفظ‌ باعث‌ علی‌ التذكير بالمعني‌ فهم‌ يُطلقون‌ لفظ‌ المسبّب‌ علی‌ السبب‌.

وعلی‌ هذا الاسـاس‌ فقد أطلق‌ المصنّف‌ رحمه‌ الله‌ الذكـر هنا علی‌ الاوراد اللفظيّة‌ وحيثما جري‌ الحديث‌ عن‌ الذكر فإنّ المقصود به‌ هو الاوراد اللفظيّة‌ التي‌ تنقسم‌ إلی عدّة‌ أقسام‌.

يقول‌ المصنّف‌ رحمه‌ الله‌: إنّ أهل‌ السلوك‌ لا يعتنون‌ بالذكر القالبي‌ّ بعد طيّهم‌ درجات‌ معيّنة‌. أمّا في‌ بداية‌ السلوك‌، فإنّ الذكر القالبي‌ّ يندرج‌ ضمن‌ الاذكار الضروريّة‌ للسالك‌. والمراتب‌ الاربع‌ من‌ الذكر التي‌ يتوجّب‌ علی‌ السالك‌ أن‌ يلتزم‌ بها بالترتيب‌ ـ ابتداء من‌ أوّلها هي‌ بأجمعها من‌ الاذكار القالبيّة‌Citation for morning and evening voice relaxes the very heart
