الرقية الشرعية ضوابطها وأحكامها :
الرقية الشرعية هي علاج المس والسحر، ولقد عالج صلىشفاء لكل داء الله عليه وسلم كثيراً من الحالات وتبعه الصحابة الكرام - رضي الله عنهم - في ذلك، والأئمة الأعلام من بعدهم رحمهم الله رحمة واسعة..
ولما اختلف المعالجون إلى طرق وأساليب يتوقف عندها المسلم كثيراً لما تحويه من بدع وافتراءات، وبعضها ضرب من ضروب الخرافات والدجل، واندس بينهم بعض المفسدين والمدعين الجاهلين، فخالط طالحهم صالحهم لبّسوا على الناس، وأحدثوا في الرقية ما لا ينبغي، ولقد قال صلى الله عليه وسلم:
((سيلي أموركم بعدي رجال يطفئون السنة ويعملون بالبدع))

ضوابط الرقية الشرعية :
نختصرها فيما يلي:
1 ـ ألا تكون رقية شركية :
حيث قال صلى الله عليه وسلم:
((اعرضوا عليّ رقاكم، لا بأس بالرقي ما لم يكن فيه شرك))
[مسلم عن عوف بن مالك]
2 ـ ألا تكون رقية سحرية :
حيث بيّن جلَّ وعلا أن الساحر لا يفلح أبداً، فقال سبحانه:
﴿ وَلَا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَى ﴾
[ سورة طه: 69 ]
3 ـ ألا تكون الرقية من عرّاف أو كاهن ولو لم تكن سحرية :
بل يجب أن تكون من ذوي العلم وأهل التقوى والصلاح، ولو كانوا من غير أهل العلم، حيث قال تعالى:
﴿ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ اللَّهُ مِنْ الْمُتَّقِينَ ﴾
[ سورة المائدة: 27 ]
وفي إتيان الكهنة والعرافين تعارض مع أمر الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم:
((من أتى عرافاً أو كاهناً فصدقه بما يقول فقد كفر بما أنزل على محمد ))
[أخرجه أبو داود عن أبي هريرة]
4 ـ أن تكون الرقية بعبارات و معان مفهومة :
لابد من أن تكون الرقية بعبارات ومعان مفهومة، فإن لم يعقل معناها ولم يفهم محتواها لم يؤمن خلوها من الشرك والكفر المبطن، وقال ابن حجر رحمه الله: "أجمع العلماء على جواز الرقية عند اجتماع ثلاثة شروط: أن تكون بكلام الله تعالى أو بأسمائه وصفاته، وباللسان العربي، أو بما يعرف معناه من غيره، ويعتقد أن الرقية لا تؤثر بذاتها، بل بأمر الله عز وجل".
5 ـ ألا تكون الرقية بهيئة محرمة :
كأن يتعمد الراقي-حال الرقية- أن يكون جنباً، أو في مقبرة، أو في حمام، أو حال كتابته للطلاسم، أو حال نظره في النجوم، أو يتلطخ بالدماء، أو النجاسات وغيرها من الأحوال السيئة.
6 ـ ألا تكون الرقية بعبارات محرمة :
ألا تكون الرقية بعبارات محرمة كالسب أو اللعن، لأن الله لم يجعل الدواء والشفاء في المحرم.
7 ـ ألا يُعتقد أن الرقية وحدها تستقل بالشفاء :
ألا يعتقد الراقي والمرقي بأن الرقية وحدها تستقل بالشفاء، أو دفع المكروه، بل رحمة الله وتوفيقه، وإخلاص العبد، وصدق التعامل مع الكتاب والسنة.Spell legitimacy controls and provisions:

4 Spell to be understood in terms and meanings:
