翰林院自古是考中舉人後等待封官的地方，也是皇帝陪養謀士的地方。而人間的律例已改沒有了皇帝的尊稱；科舉制度不覆存在。但是道家思想沒有改。道統更不能改。是故翰林院在人間即是：「修道人、問道；求道；修行的最重要場所」。

翰林院是盤古帝王（盤古一氣化三清，盤古開天闢地）所敕建在人間的道場，沒有來過翰林院。即是沒有經過考驗，沒有考驗就不是舉人。更沒有上蒼的承認。

所以翰林院就是現代『法師的訓練所』。



有心學道的學子必須先拜師，找一位人師作為啟蒙導師，由淺入深，按步就班的分科教育。

有了啟蒙導師的帶領參加了（復禮傳渡科儀）才能成為一位真正的「入門生」。即是可以穿上了道服作為一個「學道者」。

經過了二~三年由啟蒙導師的介紹參加了（初奏法師科儀）由掌門人加冕，帶冠成為一個合格的「法師」。

「法師」必須在三年內參加（奉天祈安科儀），上表（朝天表文：錄載三年的所學、所作、所學及期待）。才可以參加（再陞職法師科儀）由掌門人引薦到不同的山門派別，經考核才可以成為『再陞職法師』。

『再陞職法師』必須主法省級的大型法會，或是三曹法會。或由國家主辦的（祭天祈安科儀）由國家最高的領導人頒發電文【古代為聖旨】。才可以成為『高功法師』。

接受國家主辦法會的『高功法師』。有國家領導人的【邀請函】或【任命狀】就是法師的最高榮譽『大法師』或是『國師』。即是一品宰相之位階。



因為翰林院

每三年都會舉辦（初奏法師科儀）及（奉天祈安科儀）。
每三年會帶領法師到大陸如丹鼎派祖廟沖虛觀。全真派祖廟白云觀參加（再陞職法師科儀）
每三年會帶領法師到大陸中岳廟參加（祭天祈安科儀）。
有機會就會帶高功法師到大陸參加國家級的大法會，如（2008年由廣東羅浮山舉辦【為亞運祈福為中華民族祈福大法會】使參與法師有機會成為大法師）。



註：（奉天祈安科儀因為是初奏法師不可以也沒有資格”祭天”故是由大法師帶領下舉辦”奉天”奏表科儀）。舉辦地點：即歷代皇帝祭天的地方。如東嶽泰山；山東崑崳山等等地方都是。
