বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান বাংলায় বাংলাদেশের মানুষ কর্তৃক গৃহীত এবং গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে এবং বাংলাদেশের জনগণের অধিকার পুনরূদ্ধার হিসাবে এটিই জনগণের কর্তব্য। এবং জনগণ বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান এর প্রতি যথেষ্ট শ্রদ্ধাশীল। দেশের সর্বোচ্চ আইন হিসাবে আইনসভা দেশের আইন-শৃঙ্খলার মূল ভিত্তি। যদি বিচারবিভাগ এর কোন ধারা লঙ্ঘিত হয় তাহলে পুরো সরকারি আদেশ পতন হয়। তাই, এই সংবিধান-সংশোধন এর আওতায় জনগণের থাকা নৈতিক দায়িত্ব। বেশিরভাগ সামাজিক ও অর্থনৈতিক অধিকার তাদের সাংবিধানিক স্বীকৃতি লাভ করেছে। কিন্তু জনগণের মধ্যে কোন যুক্তিসংগত প্রজাতন্ত্র ছাড়া কোনও সামাজিক বা রাজনৈতিক সমতা নিশ্চিত করা যায় না। বাংলাদেশ স্বাধীন হওয়ার পর থেকে মৌলিক অধিকার জনগণের সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ জীবনকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করছে। এবং বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান বাংলাদেশের মানচিত্র রক্ষায় ও সম্ভ্রমে যথেষ্ট অবদান রেখে চলেছে।

The Constitution of Bangladesh has been adopted and accepted by the people of Bangladesh and it is the duty of the people as restoration of the rights of the people of Bangladesh. And the people are very respectful to the Bangla Constitution. As the English Constitution, legislation is the basis of the country's law and order. If any section of the judiciary is in violation, then the whole government order falls. So, under this Constitution Bangladesh, the people's moral responsibility to remain. Most of the social and economic rights have got their constitutional recognition. But no social or political equality can be ensured without a reasonable Republic among the people. Since Bangladesh became independent, Fundamental Rights are reviving the majority lives of the people. And Bangladesh's constitution has contributed a great deal to protect the map of Bangladesh.
