Minor fixes.
Te Pātaka is an educational resource for Hobsonville Point Secondary students and employees to learn basic te reo Māori and protocol to support their day to day mahi (work).
Interactive features within the app include pronunciation of Māori words, Ward maps and their marae, iwi groups and protocols around ngā mihi (greetings), mihimihi/pepeha (introductions), karakia (affirmations) and waiata (songs).
One of the app’s key features is that it allows users to input their own personal information to create a customised pepeha. Hobsonville Point Primary employees will find this resource particularly helpful when leading, or being part of discussions that involve the Māori community.
