המערכת נבנתה על-ידי מור חביב ועמרי לנדמן בעזרתם של ירדן ואיתי קליימן למען מערך הכבאות.Flame is a new system for managing a volunteer fire department in the country.
The system currently manages operating hours and events of the Fire Scouts and volunteers at the Ramat Gan.
The system was built by Habib and Omri Mor Landman with the help of Jordan and me Kleiman behalf of the firefighting system.
