미곡종합처리장 승인 전까지는 도정업에 후회를 한 적도 있었지만 RPC가 된후론 '가지 않음 안 되는 길'이라 생각합니다.
가업을 이어받은 자식들로서 이 사업에 아버님께서는 이 지역을 위한 사업이었지만 우리 대에는 우리나라의 생명산업인 양곡사업을 이어가는, 자존심을 지키는 사업체로 성장시킬 것이며, 나의 자손대에는 전 세계에 우리 쌀을 알리고 우리나라 식량 안보에 힘쓰는 비전을 가진 가족공동체가 될 것이라 믿어봅니다.

배병희 대표님이 말씀하신 목표(비전), 신용, 배움은 우리 가족공동체의 사명선언서가 될 것입니다.
