इसवी सनाच्या १४व्या शतकात श्रीनृसिंह सरस्वती यांचे दिव्य व अद्भुत चरित्र विवरण करणारा हा ग्रंथ श्रीगुरूंच्या शिष्यपरंपरेतील श्रीसरस्वती गंगाधर यांनी १५व्या शतकात लिहिला.
अनेक प्रकारची संकटे तसेच प्रापंचिक अडचणी दूर व्हाव्यांत म्हणून पुष्कळ भक्तगण या ग्रंथाची पारायणे करतात.
