新青協提供一套方便使用的會員活動管理Apps，結合現今人人都基本有的智能手機，方便查看和輸入會員活動的出席資訊，管理人員迅間便可以掌握會員的最新走勢，方便資源的調配。系統分為查看活動、打卡記錄、網站首頁、基本設置四個部分組成，系統支持單次輸入或批次輸入兩種方式。
